It is with regret that we have to inform the membership that this year’s Presentation Evening, due to be held on 20th January has been cancelled due to lack of support. The afternoon’s AGM will however be taking place as scheduled from 1.00pm in the Meridian Suite. A decision will be made regarding the presentation of last season’s class, championship trophies and perpetual awards in due course. The Executive Committee and the organisers are bitterly disappointed that this decision has had to be made and announced – considering the work and expense that has taken place over the past few months. Anyone who paid for their tickets via BACs, will have their monies reimbursed in due course, whilst cheques will not be cashed. If you have booked hotel accommodation, please make sure you get in touch with the hotel directly if you need to cancel.
