Has a season ever started so late in NSA racing history?
We were delighted to be back at Westonzoyland on Saturday but unfortunately the weather was not on our side and the day’s racing was was called off. Rain did get us again on the Sunday, but not before everyone managed to get a few runs in. We were grateful for the runs we had and to see so many friendly faces after what seems like a very long time indeed!
We can’t let the weekend pass without saying a massive thanks to everyone who gave their time to make it happen. Those who helped to clear and prep the track, race officials dealing with very excitable racers AND all the extra measures to keep everyone safe, and those that do jobs behind the scenes to allow these events to take place at all. And thanks to all our riders at Westonzoyland too, for your patience and understanding.
It might not have been everything that we’d hoped for, but after being away from the track for so long – it sure felt good! Here’s to the next session when we can all let rip and share good times once again. You can see the results for Sunday’s runs on our results page.
