To assist with the efficient running of the popular Westonzoyland events, can all competitors please take note of the following:
1. SIGNING ON
Depending on the number of entries, signing on must be completed by 10.30am. After this time it will be at the discretion of the signing on officials.
2. MACHINE EXAMINATION
Technical verification must be completed by 11am. After this time it will be at the discretion of the head technical official.
3. DAY ENTRIES
To prevent overcrowding, the day entry vehicle park is outside the main pits in the camping area.
4. ENTRY LIMIT
In the event of the meeting being oversubscribed, Day Entries will be limited at the discretion of the Clerk of the Course. Day entries are intended for riders who wish to try the sport, not to avoid pre entry.
These measures are as a result of AGM discussions to ensure the safe and smooth running of the meeting, with a complete set of runs and to allow volunteer officials time to prepare their own machines.
