Only full members are allowed to vote and not family members. Everyone in attendance must sign in so please bring a valid membership card. The only proposals to be voted on will be those submitted to the AGM Secretary at least 21 days prior to the 21st January.
Proposers should attend to represent their proposals. All postal votes must be with the AGM Secretary no less than 48 hours prior to the meeting. Each separate proposal which is being voted for or against must be clearly stated; a blank yes or no will not be accepted.
If you cannot attend and wish for another club member to cast votes on their behalf (proxy votes) then you must notify the AGM Secretary no less than 48 hours prior to the meeting stating the name of the person acting as your proxy vote.
